I configure my filezilla:

Host: newarehouse.com.ar / userftp.newarehouse.com.ar / userftp@newarehouse.com.ar
User: Userftp
Pass: passftp
Port: 21
Logon Type: normal

And it doesn't work

Host: boru.x10hosting.com
User: your cPanel username
Pass: your cPanel pass
Port: 21

I have created another ftp account, Because I need to enter directly into a folder, That is, do not use the default ftp.

User: yourchosenusername@yourmaindomain.whatever.whatever
Pass: yourchosenpass
Port: 21
