account got suspended because of wordpress update

I wa trying to update plugins in wp, and my account got suspended.. now i am trying to unsuspend it and no luck from the morning..

I have unsuspended you. It looks like those plugins were using quite a bit of resources - update them manually.

again got suspended, this time i was trying to update the theme.. why is it so sensitive to updates? and why am i unable to unsuspend the hosting by myself? the las suspension is still not updated in hosting panel.. doh..
