Account hacked

yesterday, my account was hacked for the second time. all of my files were deleted and i can't login to cpanel or ftp. the first time this happened, my homepage was redirected to another site and my cpanel password and contact email address was changed. Chougard helped me reset everything, but it happened again. i cant change my contact email and i cant change my cpanel password. does anyone know what i should do?

Are you installing a certain script? It might have security vulnerabilities. I'll reset your password and PM it to you.
