Account has disappeared

I have accessed my account and I have found that my domains that were created no longer exist and my web pages do not exist. I do not understand why?

can someone help me?

i see a Inactivity Suspension. Users are required to sign in every 30 days.
followed by a terminated notice.
this happens when you do not sign in once every 30 days.
as your account was terminated/deleted only staff can help you to retrieve anything.

As stated before you are required to access service once every 30 days. We can see your last access before this request was almost 90 days ago.

However, at this time as a one time courtesy for being a long term user I have restored service. Please allow up to an hour for this to be completed.

Thank you very much for re-enabling the account even though every 30 days I receive the notice that it is suspended and I log in to re-enable it and this month I have logged in for a couple of weeks, but still thank you very much and I am very grateful for the service .

We recommend not relying on the email to alert you. Please monitor and stay active on your dashboard to make sure the account remains in good standig.
