Hello x10 Community, I have a couple of questions that I hope someone can help me with. I do my best to remember to log in to the cPanel every month, but I do often rely on the helpful reminder emails.
1. Does clicking on the following link and entering username/password constitute "accessing the portal?" I ask because I don't see the exact phrase "Account Portal" anywhere and I want to be sure I am doing the correct thing. Link: https://x10hosting.com/portal/
2. The subject line of the most recent reminder email I received reads: "Account Inactivity Final Warning". I don't remember the word "final" being in any of the other emails. Is this the last email reminder that I will receive? Or does it simply mean that I need to act quickly as usual to make sure to log into the portal to avoid suspension/deletion?
Thank you in advance!

That link redirects to the current single sign-on (SSO) page (and the link being sent should probably be changed to the more-current https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ address). The old portal is gone; the SSO page serves the same purpose, and your account is now accessed from the header bar in cPanel.

The "final warning" is meant to be scary, and it only means that you won't get another email about this particular incident. Seems some folks expected to see another message following telling them that their account was about to be suspended any second now, and yet another telling them it's about to be deleted before they'd act.

Thank you very much for clarifying! And I like the new link in the header bar.
