Account Info e-mail

I didn't get my account info e-mail yet? I cannot log into cPanel, and my site isn't there. Was my site created, and can you send the e-mail with the info?

Signups are disabled at the moment. You will have to either wait until they create the accounts manually or when they turn the signups back on

I just got my activation e-mail. But when I try to go my site (http://NTICompass.ExoFire.net), i get "Firefox can't find the server at nticompass.exofire.net."

Is my site active or not?

Its probobl because the https is down or soemthing like that

That's weird, because it was working before, for a while. Now its not working...
