Okay, I'm getting frustrated with x10hosting.

Why is it in file manager I click delete after selecting a directory or file or I'll uninstall an application and the folders and files are still there?

Why don't applications install properly from softaculous or fantastico?

Why don't my file or directory permissions change?

I've had a request awaiting reply for about two weeks now requesting information on how to upgrade my account to get better hosting.

I've been dealing with these issues for weeks now and I've asked for help but it seems like I'm being ignored. If so, I'll switch hosting companies and take my $1,000 else where.

my cpanel ID is ryanamf

To add on, I've been an x10 customer for about three to four years.

All of the people that help in this forum are volunteers. We're not paid to answer tickets as opposed to paid hosting where there are staff constantly waiting to answer tickets. I'm sorry you have not had top notch customer customer service, but I will do what I can to try and help.

I don't have access to your account, but what is happening sounds like something a staff member will have to help you with. I will request a staff member assist you.
