Account keeps getting suspended, website getting 500 Internal Server Error

My account keeps getting suspended. I am trying to resolve an error that says 500 Internal Server Error, and I believe it is related to permissions. I am trying to run Magento shopping cart, but I have been bumping into a lot of problems.
