Account Link Failing

I'm trying to link my forum account with the domain account I set up. I input the cpanel login as "pladmin" and it took, but when I try to link it says the username doesnt exist... Where do I go from here?

The account pladmin does not exist and seems never to have been created.
Does your domain work? If yes, what is it?
If it doesn't, register for a new hosting account.

The domain does not seem to exist, but when I tried registering for a new hosting account, it said I already have one, and to use it. Could you kill my login? I'll start from scratch if I need to.

The domain should be primelogicit.x10hosting.com

Visit http://x10hosting.com/logout and then try to register.

Now it's telling me the hosting username 'pladmin' is in use... but when I check availability, it's showing available...

Moved to level two support
The account was probably only partialy created for some reason and therefore our backend system isn't finding it.
