Account link problem

Hi,

When I try to login to the AMP i get the below mentioned message.

Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

When I enter my username i.e chiauly
it says:- The hosting username you specified does not exist.
--------------------
What could be the problem?
