Account log in problems

I recieved two mails:

1st:

E-mail: xxxxxxx@gmail.com

Then i got this mail:

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry that username (maxgrick) is taken. check /etc/passwd (code create_1)

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup

I signed up for a ad-free account and i got this mail and i also got my log in details as the next mail. Problem is i cant log in to my accounts page but i can log in to my cPanel.
Whats wrong?
Please help me ASAP as i need to make this website today only.

When you log into the http://x10hosting.com/account page, make sure you login with your forum details, if you can log into your cpanel you should be fine to make your website.
