Hello everyone,
As of yesterday at 2:00 AM my site had it's first spam
attempt/hacking. I've immediately logged in to my administration
dashboard to safeguard everything and knock the attacker offline.
They were trying to reset my administrative account on my website
over 500 times. Assuming all my data may have been compromised
I exported my database, deleted all my files and databases quickly
(they're extremely encrypted).
Tried tracking the attacker to Saudi Arabia, but they're using
Total Server Solutions, LLC. as their ISP which is located in
Los Angeles, CA.
I'm assuming the attacker was using a VPN.
However, now after managing my dashboard, passwords, databases,
files, infrastructure, ports, etc. and other Cyber Security measures
I'm ready to put my website back online as I've seen enough
downtime prior to this delay in production of my release date...
I log into my x10hosting to receive this error message:
`We're experience trouble processing your sign-in. Please sign-out and try again.`
Please help me re-access my account so I may meet my release date...
Regards,
Edwin B.
