When I log-in to my account, when it redirects to the first control panel, I get the following message:
"In order to use your hosting account, you must confirm an email address to be associated with it."
It then prompts for verification code.
I've entered the code, same message comes up. I can't access anything at all in my account without getting this message.
I had the code resent, so it's definitely the correct code.
Also tried doing it by clicking on the link in the code email. Still nothing.
I raised a trouble ticket, but I've had no response so far. I can't check the status of the ticket because as soon as I try to follow the link... "In order to use your hosting account, you must confirm an email address to be associated with it.". Aaaaagggghhh!
Any ideas from anyone?
