Account Manager Problem

I signed up for another hosting account since my 1st hosting account was terminated at my request and now when I login to the acount manager I get this message:

You've successfully logged in.

You will be redirected in five seconds.
If you do not want to wait, click here now.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend.

If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.

Yes I now know signups are offline I didn't when I signed up for my new hosting account.
