Account Missing?

Issue: It seems my account is missing. Firefox can't establish a connection with my web site. When I tried to login to my account information page, it shows this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

It is almost as if my account has been deleted, but I know I have logged in every 2 weeks+
