account moved to another server and disabled

My account has been moved to another server and thus has been disabled. My site(www.abhiweb.com or abhiweb.x10hosting.com) is inaccessible since many days now. Kindly get this issue resolved! Also, do I have to re-adjust DNS settings for my domain name (www.abhiweb.com) to work?
