May account was supended, I assume because I was using VPN. I sent an email to staff with no reply after many hours. Any help?

Just to note, the hosting account attached to this username is not suspended; the correct domain name should be "myidealparis.com" (note the added "e" that was missing before, causing DNS failures all over the place).

As this account isn't the one hosting the "myidealparis.com" domain we aren't able to discuss much else, but I can confirm I was able to find a ticket referencing that domain that was sent to staff earlier, and a response was sent in reply. Beyond this, there's not much else we can do as we can only release details of the other account to the confirmed owner.

Sorry it was a keyboard problem, the address myidealparis.com points to a page telling "temporarily suspended".
The reply given by email was:

"Your account has also been linked to past accounts with malicious activity and we are unable to lift this suspension"!!

I dont' know at all what "past accounts with malicious activity" the staff refers to!

I just host a harmless, tourist website on x10hosting since years and never had problems!
I did not know VPN was forbidden, x10 interface just said: turn off VPN and connect again! And now I am banned for that?!

There must be a mistake, I can't believe that if you are hosted on x10 you get banned for nothing (being so caused a lot of problems) or for "past accounts" issues for which you and your website are not responsible at all! I have no "past accounts" nor I eprformed any "malicious activity", please help!!

I received an email saying that the account is unsuspended, the website is online but I can't still access my account:

"Access is restricted to your hosting account. The restriction is due to a substantial link having been discovered between your account and another account with a history of abuse activity.

Please contact us if you are not familiar with the circumstances which lead to this restriction. We will investigate and allow legitimate use of our web hosting."

I also tried to delete cache and used another browser.
