Account Name Change

There is option in my account to change the details.
I have changed them to some thing else also with the new sud domain.
They said it have been set.
Now it is not working.
What i have to do.

my cpanel username: kb
old site username : kb
new site username: google

What do you mean by 'site username'? Are you talking about your cPanel user name? If so you should not be able to change that, it is grayed out.

Yah I mean the control panel username, but i didnt understood ur reply. It has been grayed out...?

He means you shouldn't be able to change that option in the account control panel.

If you are still having trouble changing your credentials, I'd be happy to change them for you. Just please post (or PM me) the new sub domain you want (your current subdomain is kb.x10hosting.com).
