Account not accessible due to country ban

I'm unable to access my account due to country ban. I would appreciate if you can allow me to access the account. I know that using multiple accounts from the same IP is not allowed, but here we have dynamic public IPs.

Kindly advise what info required to assist me gaining access to my account from here.

Please provide the error code you are receiving for us to review this further

i also see your account was suspended due to not logging in in 30 days.
you should be able to unsuspend your self before you lose the account.
you have about 60 days total before account gets marked for deletion
