It's showing the domain is still available. What email address was used to create this account? Also, you may need to request the email be re-sent.
Go to
http://www.x10hosting.com/hosting/resendconfirmation and request it be re-sent. If so, make sure you link your account.
All hosting accounts must be linked to a forum account now.
Step 1: Login to your cPanel and set the contact E-mail address to your current working E-mail.
Step 2: Wait a few hours.
Step 3: Go to
http://x10hosting.com/account and login using your forum username and password, it should then ask you to link your account.
Step 4: Enter your cPanel username (8 Characters or Less) into the linking field.
Step 5: Click on the activation link in your E-mail, your account is now linked and you can login to your account panel at
http://x10hosting.com/account using your forum username and password.
If you followed all these instructions and you still do not receive the E-mail, open a thread in the free hosting support forum.
