Hello,
I applied for an account, "Free Hosting" type. After 20 minutes or so I received an email:
"This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.
The error that occurred was:
If you keep receiving this error, please post on our forums for support or forward this email to support@x10hosting.com."
So I tried to resubmit the request as indicated in the email. But it says the server name is already in use, it wasn't when I applied the first time. It also says the account name I want to use is available on Step 2, but when I get to the point of completing Step 3 it complains that the account name is NOT available (or possibly in use?). The only account it appears to be working is this one (forums). :frown:
Well, it seems this is of little concern, no administrator comment...not even a "we can't help you, sorry". I'll move else where.
Regards,
TC

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup
If you keep receiving this error, please post on our forums for support or forward this email to support@x10hosting.com."
