ACCOUNT NOT SUSPENDED, but cannot access to it

My account was recently unsuspended, as can be seen in the attachment from the control panel. However, when trying to access to pm.alu.x10hosting.com, it says it is suspended (second attachment).

The full story is very long (and sad), but the fact is that the account is not active for more than 15 (FIFTEEN) days.

Please, correct the settings for the account can be reached again.
