Account not transferred?

My domains (indigosyncrasy.co.cc, stinkmuis.co.cc) don't point to Lotus's current IP, and I get a "username/password incorrect" error when trying to log into cPanel. As far as I can see, my account hasn't been transferred onto the new Lotus server?
What can I do about this?
