account not working for some reason

i registered and it said there was a problem with my pwd and now it does not let me set up hosting. Please help!

This is what I have at the bottom of my "hosting" screen. So let's see whether this "woah" and how true this "normally we are not like this" responses are actually met ... so far one lame response and I've not heard anything else ...

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:

• An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
• A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
• You have never had a hosting account.

Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.
