Account Not Working

I got the email saying my account was created.

cPanel Username: dual_all
Hosting Plan: Advanced
Domain Name: cok.x10Hosting.com
Signup Type: New, Free Account
Signup Date: 08/10/06
Cost Per Month: $0.00

And well my username and password don't work. l've even copy pasted the username and password still doesn't work. Could you please fix this problem. I dont mind if you have to change my username.

It's the underscore in your cPanel name, try logging in as dualall
