account not working

hi there my account is not working there is something not right withe the index i updated a index and a few of my song on the ftp an they show there not and still stuff with the main index with nothing there part from cgi-bin/ and there shud be my index of teh site index saying coming sson as am 80% done on me homepage and about the tos rule for music when u got to look at my about am the owner of the music and the copyrighted owner just to help u out and not baning me from your sever thanks for your help hope to get this sorted soon

You must upload your files into the public_html folder. If you upload them into your root where it has the tmp, etc, mail folders it does not display them as part of your site.
