I am unable to log into my account control panel. I have not logged in for some time now. Can this be reactivated?

Your account panel uses the same username and password as the forums (here). Ensure you are using this information to log in.

If you haven't logged in for some time, your account may be suspended or terminated.

There is currently no hosting account associated with your forum account.

If you tell us what your cPanel used to be, an account manager will be able to check and see what happened to your old account. It was most likely terminated for 24 consecutive days of inactivity.

Please remember to log in to the forums a minimum of once a month (it used to be once every two weeks, but this rule recently changed). If you do not wish to log in to the forums, you can pay $3 to not have to log in to the forums for an entire year.
