account panel error since day 1

When I first signed up here, there was an error during account creation. I opened a support ticket and my account was manually created.

However, I still don't have access to the account panel. On login, I recieve the following:

In order to use your hosting account, you must confirm an email address to be associated with it.
enter the code below provided in the email sent to you.

the confirmation email was sent to *

*e-mail ommitted for security reasons*

However, when I try to get the code resent, I recieve the following:

An error occurred while processing your request. The error that occurred was fatal to the request and unable to be resolved automatically.
The error code provided is: ERRT61042

While it's not a major problem, as cpanel and everything else works, I would still like the issue sorted out just in case I ever need to access the account panel.

Yeah, that definitely should be fixed. I've escalated the issue to the staff.
