Account panel error

I can't login to my account panel. It says:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Also, I'm having problems with my domain name. I'm on ad-free hosting, and would like to know what are the IPs for both ns1 and ns2.x10hosting.com nameservers.

Your account was terminated for inactivity; you have to be active on the forums every 2 weeks or your account will be suspended (if you don't unsuspend an account in 10 days it's terminated). You'll need to sign up again and link the new account to your forum account.

Is there an admin who can check out my problem?
