Account Panel Meter Problem

I think x10's hosting Panel has a little problem. please refer to this:

the bandwidth meter and the disk space meter are kinda screwed up :eek4:

25.4% is not 25.4 MB of 2500 Megabytes lol nor 27.1% is 27.1 MB of 45000 Megabytes

Please fix it

We have to redo the account panel at some point, when we do we'll fix that.
