Account Panel says I do not have hosting after server migration

Dear x10hosting Team,

I am currently unable to access my website hosting options on my account panel and I get the following message:

Woah! It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account. This could be the result of a different scenarios:
An older account was removed as the result of inactivity.
A past account has been terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
You have never had a hosting account.

My account was suspended for inactivity around the time of the server migration, but, with the help of a member of your team, I was able to unsuspend my account and regain access to my files/cPanel on Boru and my website is back online.
I was then told the account would re-synch itself automatically with the new server information, but now I get the above message and cannot, for example, change the password or other related settings.
The only thing listed on my account panel is my forum account, which is active, but that's it. It's been like that for about a month now, so I'm at a loss as to what to do.

My account id is: MMP1016992
