Hi. I've used x10 in the past and account creation took approx half an hour. I've been waiting a while now and I see no progress being made. How long does it take for your "system queue" to do its business?

Account creation can take up to 48 hours depending on how many new sign-ups are in the queue. The process is usually much quicker but can take some time if many new accounts are waiting for creation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
