account problem...please help

when i login to my account from homepage i c a page which says
Link your hosting account

when i enter my cpanel username it says the hosting username does not exist......

so please tell me did you guys(x10hosting) delete my account......please fix the prob

No. Chances are the system hasn't created your account yet. We're backed up due to work and so on. Give it time, you should receive an email when the account is created.
