I'm having a problem to get to the hosting menu. I'm having this error for hours:

Can someone help me with this? My password is not more then 16 characters by the way...

Cancel your current signup attempt and then start the process over again. That should correct the problem. If you are still having difficulties after that post back and we will assist you farther.
