account problem

Hi!

I had a hosting account at extreme.elementfx.com, my username was extreme. I didn't login for some time now and the account probably got suspended. When i login now, it says i have to link a hosting account to my forum account. When I enter my old hosting account, I get a message that says "The hosting username you specified does not exist.". Then I wanted to create a new account, but I couldn't do that either, because I already have one account. What should I do?

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.

Thanks for help! I've created a new account and it's linked now. But I've still got one problem. The domain is unreachable, although it says the account is unsuspended. Do you have to fix it (i saw some other threads with similar problem) or should I just wait?

I am seeing the default index page that comes with a newly created x10hosting account. I would suggest clearing your browsers cache and flushing your dns.
