I changed the IP of your site to .219

There has been an issue with Global Crossing that has been preventing people to get to IP .216

The change should be reflected within a few hours.

Can now log into Cpanel ok
but still cannot access website

it say's it cannot find index.html even though index.html exists & then redirects to http://adam01.x10hosting.com/index.php

I've the same issue and can't access websites that have the .216 address.
I can access your website and ping returns .219.

Clear your cache and temporary files and make a flush of your DNS and try again.

cleared cache & did dns flush as instructed by fedlerner
