Hi i understand that you provide a free service and i rely appreciate it but for a while know i have not able to load my site or receive email. i know you are transferring account to other servers ect but i was just wondering if you would be able to process mine as we run a clothing company from the domain and we need the email to be in use ect. if you could just let me know that would be great as we will need to remove our account if this will take too long to sort out.

You could set up a temporary account on another webhost, telling them that your website is undergoing maintenance, and return back here when your account is moved over.
