Account Problems

Hello, I recently signed up for an Ad-Free account. I recieved my confirmation email and linked my forum and website accounts. I recieved my account created email this morning. This is where the problem starts.

I can log in, but it can't retrieve my information from the back server.

If you signed up for ad-free yesterday go here:
http://x10hosting.com/logout and sign up again.

We updated cPanel yesterday which changes how accounts were created so they were created incorrectly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
