Account problems?

I logged on this morning to find my page stating it was suspended so I checked the reason why and it said it was not suspended. To verify this I went to my account panel and again it said unsuspended. After checking these to things I went to #x10 help and someone unsuspended it for me but still my cPanel is unaccessable and my cron tasks are not working. Any ideas?

What error do you get when you try and login to Cpanel?

Your page does load properly, so it is NOT suspended.

It just says login failed so I reset the password in account details like I was instructed still nothing. Also I know my account isnt suspended now as I said in the previous post someone unsupended it for me.
