I am able to log into the main page of x10hosting, but I cannot access my site at all and I am told to link my account with my cPanel username, but when I try that, it says that my cPanel username (dominicz) doesn't exist. Was my account suspended, and is there any way to get it back? Thanks!

What was the sub-domain and package you signed up for?

I believe Stoli and Ad-Enhanced.

Totally off-topic but I was in Australia this summer and actually stayed in Hervey Bay! BEAUTIFUL town! I got a chance to see Fraser Island as well.

My site address was dominiczamprogna.x10hosting.com. I tried using my user name at that link but it said there was no user by that name. I had a site constructed, but I may have been inactive for the past couple of weeks? I don't think it was that long ago that I logged into the forum, but I'm reading from others on here that their accounts were deleted for inactivity. I'm not sure if that's what happened here, but if so, is there any way to get my page with all the info back up? Thanks! :)

It looks like it was terminated.

What happens is... if you do not login the forums for 2 weeks the account is suspended, after 10 days of it being suspended without a resolution it is automatically terminated. So 24 days total from start to finish.

We don't generally keep backups of accounts because of the volume we deal with. I did find files for your account though from Jan 15th.

If you want to re-signup for an account and post back here I'll copy them to your new account.

Great, thanks. I re-signed up so if you could please copy whatever files are there to my new account, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hmm...Well now I can't log into cPanel even though I verified everything...it just says "Login failed."

I copied over the files we had.

Your computer most likely has the 'Domain Available!' page and IP address cached from you trying to go to your old site before singing up again. Try clearing your cache, temp files, etc...

Ping the site, if it ends in .241 the domain available page is still cached on there.

Thank you! Everything seems to be working.

I just have one last problem, though. I remember last time my photo album page had an error with the server move and I fixed it, though I don't really remember how, haha. I know it had something to do with the database server, though. Here is the error:

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Access denied for user 'dominicz_copp2'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I think that last time, I changed it to Absolut or Stoli or something, I'm not sure which it was on. I know what file I need to change, but I don't know what to change it to. Thanks for all your help! :)

OK, just one last problem (hopefully) then this thread can officially be closed. When I try to add files to my Coppermine album, I get this error:

SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/dominicz/public_html/photos/include/functions.inc.php(2695) : eval()'d code on line 2695

I searched for this error and apparently it's something that I cannot fix and needs to be fixed by the server, is this correct? If so, if this could be fixed, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks again!

That error gets fixed by requesting the "Intermediate" PHP version.
When did you upgrade for that version?
If you add a subdomain, addon domain or parked domain you may need to wait again for the 12hs for the PHP version to update for that subdomain/etc.

Oh, OK. I just re-registered this account today because it was terminated due to inactivity, but it is already showing that I am at the Intermediate level. Because I just re-created the account today, would that cause the problem, and I should wait 12 hours from when I re-registered? Thanks!

Your account shows that has PHP v2 (Intermediate).
Your PHP version will take effect when our script runs and updates it in your account configuration(It runs every 6 hours).
