Account provision done - no hosting account available

I created a free account last Friday. As far as I know, due to low priority, it wasn't provisioned until Monday. After it is provisioned, I still cannot access my hosting account (no cPanel, ...). Is there something wrong with my request?

I try to request for another hosting using my existing user account with the link from Hosting page but it keeps forwarding me to the user account while nothing new happens. I still don't have a hosting account.

Please help!
