hello,
i receive this message when i log in.
what should I do to get my page back?

There's a Problem

Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.

Your account may have been:

  • Removed for inactivity; or
  • Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
  • Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

Depends on the reason. They may or may not still have your files.

When a x10hosting's free-hosting account has been suspended for ANY reason - after no less than 21 days - the 'system' will delete the account files and data - with no backups

I'm assuming that the suspension occurred not too long ago (way before 21 days). Can't always be sure. :)
Also, if it is a violation of the ToS then they will most likely not get the files back (but if it's an accidental violation then I don't know) which was the reason why I've said that it depends on the reason of suspension.

If it's saying it can't find their hosting account, it's probably gone, otherwise it would indicate the suspension reason and provide an option to dispute (if it's for anything other than inactivity) or to unsuspend (if it's for inactivity). Unfortunately I was able to locate a termination report that matches itsbette's forum username, erased 10-8-2014, reason suspended for 21 days. While you can create a new hosting account, we're not going to be able to recover the old account or its contents.
