Account Restricted

I first got suspended without reason and when i filed an appeal, my account got restricted. After they said i had a substantial link with another account that committed malicious activity, i remembered that about a year ago, I got suspended after I hosted an ownCloud server, whhich i later found out was against the TOS. That suspension was never overturned.
I needed to create a website and an email address so I created an account. When i was about to upload my first page i got suspended. My appeal is attached below. After that my appeal was closed.

I opened an account, parked my domain, and created an email address.

The suspension was issued by senior staff after it was confirmed the account was linked to another terminated for malicious activities on our network in the past; we are unable to lift the suspension as such.

Really, this does sound completely reasonable.

You said that you got suspended for putting up an ownCloud server even though you did agree to the ToS that you won't host such content.
The more problematic thing is that you proceeded to get around by creating (a) new account(s) when you're not supposed to have more than one account (also in the ToS), especially if the other one got put down for a ToS violation. IIRC, suspended accounts do hang around.

In short, according to what you said, it sounds as if you violated the ToS ~3 times.

Other than that, I don't see how you could be helped in this case if I have to be brutally honest.

what is not in the TOS is - if your account is suspended for a violation of the TOS - you can not open a new account at x10hosting
