Hi, I submitted a ticket a few weeks ago requesting to have the space limit removed from my account (I've had the account for several months, am using close to 700mb, and have not had any copyright or other issues). I never got a response on the ticket, and now that tickets are not longer available how do I go about getting the space limits removed?
Also, for some reason I get a privileges error whenever I try to post a reply to a post - is there some bug causing that or is that how it's supposed to be?
