account still not created

Okay, here I go again as I have not heard anything back. I have tried to be patient but it has been almost 12 hours since I signed up and I still have not gotten a confirmation saying my domain has been created. When I go to http://www.getimvucredits.x10hosting.com it shows that the domain is still available. Is there like an estimated time that I should be hearing about this? I did get the original email which told me it was going to be 150 minutes for my account to be created. I did also read that it would take a few hours but til was about 6 hours ago.

Well, when I signed up at 5am this morning apparently everything was down and all signups were put into a queue. I read somewhere on this forum earlier that they were going through the back log and it would be a few hours. That was almost 12 hours ago. Honestly, if no one is even going to answer this post and give me a suggestion, then I would rather just cancel my account.

You were well aware earlier that there was a backlog, that there was server issues going on and that the staff is quite busy.

First of all, I want to apologize for my outburst. It was uncalled for, and I assure you it really was not meant as a threat, and I am sorry that it came out that way. I was just really frustrated because it has been 12 hours since I signed up and the only responses I saw about why it was taking so long was a response to someone else saying it would be a couple of hours, and your original response to my first post thinking me for being so patient. My first thread somehow got removed without so much as being looked at. So I am sure you can understand my frustrations.
I appreciate you being willing to look into the issue for me after that outburst, because I know I would not have if someone threatened me like I threatened you.

Hey StarShine. I was just reading the forums and thought it was very nice of you to offer to do this for this user. Unfortunately, I am stuck in the same situation as him. I went through the registration process and got the first conformation email, but have had this message for about 0-12 hours now.

Estimated time to wait: 288 minutes"

And it hasn't moved from 288 minutes. If you're reading this do you think you would be ale to set up mine today if I give you the needed information? I am leaving in a half hour and wont be home until about 3 pm Eastern so I will leave my info here. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
