Account still showing Suspended and...

My account is still showing suspended, although I can still log into cPanel. However, inside there I can see that my databases have been truncated to 0.00 MB. So I suppose my request is:
1.) Can the suspended status be removed from my account?
2.) Can my DBs be restored with their previous contents?
3.) I can not log on to PHPmyAdmin (Wrong username/password. Access denied.)

I have unsuspended your account since the account moves are complete.
It is showing 0.00 MB because permissions aren't right for MySQL so cPanel can't tell how big your database actually is. The admins are running a script to fix the permissions now.

Is the PHPmyAdmin issue related to this script that needs to be run too?

If you are getting 'Access Denied', then yes.
You can try going to Remote MySQL in cPanel and adding 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (without quotes) to the allowed list. That may temporarily fix the problem
