Account still suspended after unsuspension

This action: aN3GHIFvudkO was supposed to have unsuspended my account. However, I waited at least one day after the confirmation email but it is still suspended.
I think I know what page can be culprit of the big resource usage, but I can't access by ftp to remove it, so...
