Hi, I have a little problem with my account: I was suspended for inactivity and after I logged in to my account and visited the forums, the status on hosting account management changed to "Unsuspended", but the account is still suspened as I can not log in to cPanel, webmail or ftp. Also, when visiting http://visa.x10.mx it states my account is suspended. I submited this request after waiting 48h. Thank you.

Got it to stop redirecting to the suspended page; you'll need to go to your account panel and change the password for your cpanel in order to be able to access it again though. Part of the fix for getting that suspension fixed ends up needing a new cpanel password set.
