Account Still Suspended

After the help from Hellsheep (http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/130514-account-suspended.html), now I can browse my web page. But at my "Account Management Panel", it still says my account is suspended (reason: user transfered to another server) and I cannot login to cPanel.

Please help.
