Account susp - nulled scripts - ftp no access

My account has been suspended ,
The last thing I was trying was to access MS access databes using ASP.
I am willing to remove the new files.
But My FTP client is not able to connect now.

I don't think I have any unwanted scripts , they were tutorials from the web for databse access.

Please look into the matter as basic functioning of the website is very important.

You were suspended for nulled scripts. x10Hosting as a zero-tolerance policy regarding nulled scripts, and your account has been permanently suspended, meaning that you will have no access to your files or to your account.

I'm unsure if you are saying that you believe this is an inaccurate suspension. If you are 100% confident that you did not upload nulled scripts to your account, post back letting us know and someone will escalate this thread up to a staff member so you can dispute your suspension.

Dear Sir ,

I am not sure if I uploaded "Nulled scripts" ,
I had uploaded , some ASP webpages to access MS access database.
These were just taken from web tutorials at w3schools etc.

It was purely accidental that , it was something which was not accepted.
However when I was trying to remove it from my FTP account , I wasn't able to do so.

I shall read the rules again and re-Check my account.
Please remove the unwanted scripts from my account , and help me make it normal again.

You were unable to remove it through your FTP account because once your account is suspended, you are locked out of accessing it.

Because it seems like you are saying that you never uploaded any nulled scripts to your account, I will take this as a request for a dispute of suspension and escalate this thread so an administrator can look further into the issue and try to pinpoint which file was the nulled script that was detected on your account.
